Processing
Our processing facility is both HACCP and ISO 22000 approved and is capable of processing 14 500 tonnes of landed fish per annum.
The facility is located next to our discharging jetty, providing a seamless flow from ocean to shore operations. Quality assurance measures function continuously throughout the process, day and night.
Our products remain completely natural – we do not add artificial substances or additives at any time. The hand filleting techniques we use to fillet our fish products, optimise yields and preserve quality.
At Etale, we are committed to sustaining the employment and livelihood of over 800 people in our land and sea-going operations.
